Hmmmm…..what can we say about Jeanne…..only that she did the impossible for us in the shortest period of time for the most amount of money in the most painless way!!  This house had been a burden on our shoulders for many years, and it SO needed to go!  From the start Jeanne advised us and was there when we needed some help and encouragement.  We did all of the work, 21 days of it, on the house ourselves to get it ready to sell and in the end we were pleased with the outcome.  Jeanne assured us she priced it to sell which is what we wanted.  The first person who looked at it 12 hours after it was listed put a contract on it and ended up buying it exactly 60 days later.  Even though we did not want to pay a realtors commission to sell it in the beginning, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we would still be trying to sell it for a long time to come had we not contacted Jeanne, and she certainly earned her money and our trust.  We will be using her again in the future without hesitation!
